PRICING AND PAYMENT
A. The products made available through the Website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors including but not limited to the description of the product(s), the availability of the product(s), or the pricing of the product(s).
B. These inaccuracies or discrepancies may go unnoticed until after you have placed the order. If mispricing is discovered,

LuxuryAbode.com will charge the lower amount and ship you the product(s)
In such cases, LuxuryAbode.com will refund the excess amount charged.

ORDER RETURN & CANCELLATION:
Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. There are some items that are made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order. Please email us at support@LuxuryAbode.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website. In the case of prepaid orders, the money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive a refund. If the product is eligible for a return, you may write to us at support@LuxuryAbode.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return and refund. Only unused, unworn products with intact labels are eligible for return.
Cancellation of order by you
(i) You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellation after 24 hours. However, in case LuxuryAbode.com receives any requests for cancellation of any order beyond 24 hours, LuxuryAbode.com reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason.
If you have placed the order as a:
• Registered user, you will be allowed to cancel the order by clicking the 'Cancel' button displayed under "My Order Tab'' on the Website after you login. Please note that the 'Cancel' button will be deactivated after the lapse of 24 hours;
• Guest user, you will have to initiate the cancel procedure by writing an email to contactus@LuxuryAbode.com within 24 hours of placing such order.
(ii) If LuxuryAbode.com receives a cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing the order, LuxuryAbode.com shall refund the entire amount.
(iii) If the order has not been processed/approved by LuxuryAbode.com, LuxuryAbode.com reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you.
(iv) In case the order has been processed and dispatched, LuxuryAbode.com in its discretion may initiate cancel the order and issue store credit ("LuxuryAbode.com Wallet'') for an amount equivalent to the purchase price of the product returned only upon
receipt of the product within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product to you;
through inspection of the product by LuxuryAbode.com officials; and
LuxuryAbode.com being satisfied that the product has been returned in proper condition.
No refunds shall be applicable to the orders made by the User under the Cash on Delivery ("COD") option.
A. Require signature of the person ((i) yourself; or (ii) intended recipient in case of gifts, or (iii) any person known to you/intended recipient who is present at the time and place of delivery and accepts delivery on your behalf as an acknowledgment of delivery of the products so ordered. Once we have an acknowledgment, the ownership in the products passes on to you/the intended recipient.
B. LuxuryAbode.com cannot guarantee delivery of the product(s) to the post office box ("P. O. Box") addresses and takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
C. LuxuryAbode.com shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of the product(s) purchased due to any reason which is beyond its reasonable control. It is therefore advisable that you place orders well in advance.
D. LuxuryAbode.com shall not be liable for any non-delivery of the product(s) purchased on account of erroneous details provided by you to LuxuryAbode.com such as wrong recipient name, recipient address or contact number, etc.
E. If the product is returned to LuxuryAbode.com as undelivered due to the wrong address, LuxuryAbode.com shall be entitled to extra cost for resending the product(s) to the correct address. The extra cost towards re-delivery shall be paid upfront by you and the delivery time shall be extended.
- For any international product shipment, the charges will be borne by the customer in terms of logistics.
- Customs duty to be borne by the customer (in case of international shipment) if any.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days once the customer provides the appropriate bank account details.

For international orders, In case of custom delivery chosen by you, all liabilities of the product

D. Unreasonable and unlawful requests in addition to return or exchange, over and above the
entitled refund will be treated as loss to LuxuryAbode.com and LuxuryAbode.com reserves the right to cancel orders or block
